Investigating food allergy deaths and 'near misses' (including on-going research with Dr Richard Pumphrey and providing background information for HM Coroners)

Hazel Gowland and her training partner, Dr Lisa Ackerley of Hygiene Audit Systems continue to work with Principal Consultant Karen Martin to deliver food allergy workshops to food safety and food standards professionals and food business trainers. These continue to prove a phenomenal success and feedback has been very positive.
